Color aside; vinyl can also be made to completely transparent serving as the panes in a window but can is also used as the frames of a window. Whether it is an Andersen replacement window or some other brand or make of window, the general rules for vinyl remain the same. They can be customized to fit a homeowner home, their needs and their tastes.
